Hi There

As you know is prohibited to export encephalartos seed.
I dont think anyone here will take the risk of exporting.
There is however a place in Knysna www.cycadsforafrica.co.za that might be able to help you with this
as they are in possesion of the correct permits.
Beware however you will pay top dollar.

Hi,

we are not in cycads at all and we know from insider information that even endangered cycads are exported as ferns (customs don't know the difference). The guy who can tell you all about cycads, permits, export a.s.o. is Jaap Viljoen in Swellendam (Rooikrans nursery).
