Snails,  I  :mean: them out very fast. I must admit, If I neglect to spray poison, and put down pellets for one week, I see them in full force. Its an ongoing fight. I'm winning for now :woohoo:

Two tips for catching snails:

One from my near octogenerian mom:  Crush egg shells and sprinkle in beds, the snails get stuck on the shells - bye bye snails  :mean:

This one from Keith Kirsten's "Down to Earth Garden Book" - I quote:  "A snail trap that works like a charm is to put down small piles of bran and cover them with cabbage leaves. The snails gather under the leaves and each morning you will find quite a few to destroy.  By doing this in infested areas you will be amazed after a week how many snails you have caught" unquote.

Dave get a powerful torch and go on a snail hunt every night before you go to bed.
After a while your neighbours will accept you for the "kook" you are.  LOL
