Hi everyone
This is My first bloom of the year. What a beauty she is.
This is a double and look like I might be able to pollinate her.
Enjoy :mmm:

 Great shots of your beautiful Razzmatazz - definitely a good size for a double

You are so lucky to be able to fertilize her or ar least you have lots of pollen to use - if you dry and refrigerate it should last you the season.

What other varieties have you got ??? ???
Never regret anything that made you smile.

I found that sort of difficulty when storm winds blew my plants off the balcony - the ones in ground were safe.

I lost  a number of plants as well as a quite a few name tags. The named variety I should be able to recognise but some of my seedlings will be more difficult. I have now devised a system where I put an extra plastic label in the ground /pot if this sort of disaster was to strike again.

But whatever the name they travel under I am sure they will be beautiful. Never met an ugly hippeastrum yet.
